Welcome to the February 2025 edition of “Pheasant Bird’s-Eye Recap.” In this series, we reflect on our progress over the past month, highlighting key figures and metrics. From recent deployments and network usage statistics to trends in the Layer 2 scene, our monthly reports cover all notable events, ensuring you’re up-to-date with the latest advancements and prepared for upcoming developments.
February was a defining month for Pheasant Network as we completed the final phase of Pheasant Swap, our long-anticipated cross-chain swap. After months of rigorous development, we conducted the last round of testing, meticulously reviewing every detail to ensure a smooth rollout.
In parallel, we finalized the UI design for Pheasant Points, marking another key milestone. The dev team has already shifted focus to implementation and is hard at work bringing it to life. The plan is to launch it shortly after the cross-chain swap goes live.

After months of dedicated development, the team has officially greenlit the launch of Pheasant Swap. This long-awaited cross-chain swap enables seamless token exchanges across networks, eliminating fragmentation and enhancing interoperability. From day one, it will support thousands of tokens across 30+ networks, marking a major upgrade for our ecosystem.
February also brought a major milestone with the completion of the Pheasant Points program design. This upcoming initiative will give users ‘Pheasant Points’ based on their engagement with the network. The interface offers a clear breakdown of points, current level, and past activity, making it easy to track participation over time. Now that the design is locked in, development is already underway.
In preparation for the Pheasant Swap launch, we’ve expanded our documentation with a dedicated swap section. This update covers technical details, architecture, and contract specifications, ensuring both users and developers have everything they need before the release.
While building new features, security remains a top priority. This month, we rolled out an update to the DisputeManager function—a critical component of our optimistic bridge system. These latest improvements enhance efficiency, security, and reliability, making the system more robust than ever.
To celebrate Valentine’s Day, we launched a special campaign to show appreciation for our community. Users who participated by using our bridges received exclusive, limited-edition NFTs to mark the occasion. It was a small but meaningful way to give back to our growing community.

February flew by as we wrapped up the final phase of Pheasant Swap, closing out months of development and testing. With this launch, Pheasant Network will connect 30+ Layer 1s, Layer 2s, and Layer 3s, supporting thousands of tokens for seamless cross-chain swaps. This marks a major step toward breaking down network silos and enhancing blockchain interoperability.
But the work doesn’t stop here. With Pheasant Swap set to go live, the team is now fully focused on launching Pheasant Points—another key milestone that will further expand the ecosystem.
With both Bridge and Swap live and Pheasant Points on the way, we’re steadily moving toward our ultimate goal: a fully connected, frictionless cross-chain experience for transferring assets.
